I created this work back in 2005 as an assignment in my alternative photography class. We were told to think about the meaning of blue; all I could think about was the term "blue humor."
This was the result.
Over the years, I realized this was the birth of Well I Wonder.

Woodblock prints
I re-examed the cyanotype prints in 2019 and decided they'd make great t-shirts. I reworked the images, laser-etched woodblocks, and printed the images on paper. I had a few shirts made, but after a couple of the woodblocks broke, I realized I needed a different method for the shirts.
